OOC Business Management is a product ecosystem providing integrated business management solutions. The platform is built with a modular based concept, it’s made up from modules such as Human Resource Management, Task Management, Competency Assessment, … Depending on the needs of customers, those feature modules can work separately or integrally.

OOC providing both management consulting and software solutions for some big names in Vietnam market, such as BIDV Insurance, Vietnam Electricity (EVN), Military Bank AMC, City Lands, Vinalines, Hai An Port, Yusen Logistics, etc...

Design Process

This process is applied for both features or a whole module development.

Digital Transformation is Indispensable

In the big picture, OOC is working on digital transformation for businesses. In a detailed scale, we look into the business aspects of each feature or module. The first step of every feature build is stakeholders meetings, in order to get advice from consulting teams and to develop a general understanding of the problems and opportunities in this market.

At that time, there were opportunities in this niche for OOC:

Not many business management software offer good UX in the Vietnam market.
We have a strong tech team that can customize needs for clients.
Business consulting service (by a child-company named OCD Consulting) is a part of the ecosystem.
There're room of market share in this segment.

Module-based approach that shape the feature lines

Not every client wants to buy all the features in one package, this happens for many reasons: they don't have the need, they are using same features on another software, or they just want to try out a feature at first.

The provision of software by modules will solve the above problems. And when customers are satisfied with what they are using, that's when they want to try with other modules of the ecosystem.
